Grove Street Cafe, nestled at 370 N Grove St in Delton, MI, is a charming American restaurant that has captured the hearts of locals and visitors alike. Renowned for its friendly atmosphere and attentive service, patrons rave about the delicious breakfast options. Justin Bozarth is a fan of their biscuits and gravy, along with the impressive pancakes, which are known for their generous portion sizes—he wisely suggests sharing!
Homemade flavors steal the spotlight here, as Jill Erdodi highlights the delightful corned beef hash that left a lasting impression. The down-to-earth vibe makes it a perfect spot for a satisfying morning meal, as noted by Samantha Smith's experience with the hearty Bird's Nest and delectable raisin toast. The servings are abundant, ensuring you may contemplate taking leftovers home.
Judy Nelson and Stacy Bice echo similar sentiments, emphasizing both great food and exceptional service. The latter appreciated the lively ambiance during live music nights, and her praise for the bourbon caramel bread pudding is hard to ignore—“the best I’ve ever had.” Whether you are grabbing breakfast or unwinding with dessert, Grove Street Cafe stands out as a community hub where flavor meets warmth.

I like to go here for breakfast. I go at least once whenever I'm in town. Wait staff is always super nice. I like to get there biscuits and gravy, and their pancakes. Pancakes are huge so I suggest just getting one.

Came for breakfast, very down-to-earth. Prompt service, our waitress was very attentive, never let our coffee go empty. Breakfast was basic but yummy; I had the Bird's Nest with a side of raisin toast and it was enough food where I debated bringing home leftovers. Sister had a breakfast sandwich with a half side of the "goofy potatoes" and the half side was still enough for a meal for someone with a smaller appetite like her.

Went for the live music, was great. Had drinks & dessert. The bourbon caramel bread pudding was the best I've ever had! The mules were so good too. Great service & friendly staff.

We had a house-made bloody Mary (pickly and spicy and nice), Goofy potatoes (perfectly cooked), chicken fried steak (cook nailed it) in gravy (homemade done right) with toast, coffee, and a total of 5 eggs. It was so affordable. 30.63 P.S.: Why does any restaurant ever have carpet?!

I don't know what it is about this place. The small-town charm. The homey menu. The specials. I always find something here I love. A bowl of Chicken White Bean Soup shouldn't be THAT good. But here, it is. And yes, they even have pie. Even when crowded I've never waited long for food, either.
